5 Sheet Pan Dinners to Cook This Week
The humble sheet pan is your dinner savior: Heat up the oven, load the pan, dinner is served

Erin Kunkel
One sheet pan can help you pull dinner together in a hurry: Just load the pan with proteins, vegetables, and some well-chosen seasonings, and in half an hour or so you’ve got dinner done. These five recipes lean on seasonal produce that can keep for a while in the fridge, making them all the more reliable when you’re only running out to the store once a week or so. The roasted chickpeas make a great crunchy savory alternative to pastas, croutons, and other starchy sides. Use them on a salad, stir fry them with rice, or top toast and call it a crostini.
