Compound V Cocktail

This cocktail recipe comes from chef Ludo Lefebvre of the Petit Trois restaurants in Southern California. Inspired by the show The Boys on Amazon, the blue color is meant to represent a chemical consumed by the show's main characters that leave them with super powers. While this drink won't help you fly, it will give you a boozy boost.
How to Make It

Combine mint, blueberries, and 1/2 of the lime juice in a mixing tin and muddle the fruit into the juice.

Add remaining juice, ice, and both spirits to the tin. Cover and shake vigorously.

Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with mint floret, 3 blueberries (on a bar pick), and 1 lime wheel.

2 oz rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz lime juice
1 oz soda water
4 mint leaves
6 blueberries
1 lime wheel
