The Alchemists’ Garden, a restaurant and bar in Paso Robles, was envisioned and brought to life by five local hospitality specialists. Friends from the service industry set out to create a space where guests could come together and feel inspired—especially over exceptional cocktails and creative cuisine. The menu features standout plates like Bone Marrow, Cream Corn Risotto, and Turmeric Pickled Deviled Eggs. The bar is infamous for its craft cocktails, often served with a flame or distinctive garnish. The Remedy, tucked inside The Alchemists’ Garden, is a unique experience created by the team, immersing guests in a world of fine spirits and molecular gastronomy. Using elements like Barr Hill Gin, organic juniper, smoke, and a touch of science, each drink becomes a carefully crafted, multi-sensory experience—unlike anything else in Paso Robles.
