Alamo Drafthouse opens in San Francisco with Star Wars: Episode VII
Lucky for us Bay Area folks, the first Alamo Drafthouse to enter California soil is opening at 2550 Mission St. on December 18, just in time for the release of Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens.

As a born-and-bred Texan, I can certifiably say that Lone Star-based Alamo Drafthouse is one of the best movie theater chains to grace this planet. Every new movie gets its own special-themed menu, plus entertaining in-house produced trailers and commercials before the lights go off. There’s unlimited popcorn in Texas-sized buckets too. Guys, c’mon. It can’t get any better than this.
Tickets are pre-selling at this very moment, so drop everything you’re doing and breathe, calmly. You don’t want to miss out.
