Too much dukkah, the Egyptian seasoning mix of nuts and warm spices, is a very good thing. If you keep some on hand, you're minutes away from creating an addictive appetizer for fresh vegetables and bread. Just sprinkle the seasoning blend generously over olive oil and dunk away. You can buy dukkah at well-stocked grocery stores and online, or make the blend for Chicken and Grape Salad (you'll have enough to make both that recipe and this one).

How to Make It

Step 1
1

Arrange all vegetables on a platter. Pour oil into a small bowl and sprinkle with dukkah. Serve vegetables and dukkah oil with flatbread and chunks of feta if you like.

Step 2
2
