This recipe comes from the book, Feel Good Smoothies, where author Sandra Wu writes, “A frozen banana, oat milk, and tahini stand-in for vanilla ice cream and milk in this much-healthier, no-sugar-added, smoothie-fied version of the quintessential Palm Springs milkshake. Dates are naturally high in sugar, as well as a good source of fiber and potassium, so they are great for a quick energy boost.” Find more recipes and tips from Wu here
