1/2 cup drained canned peeled roasted red peppers
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon hot chili flakes
1 peeled clove garlic
1/4 cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise
In a blender or food processor, whirl red peppers, yogurt, chili flakes, and garlic until smooth. Scrape into a bowl and whisk in mayonnaise and salt to taste.
