Salsa

A specialty of Ike Simas's late wife, Irene, this salsa is still served today by the Santa Maria Elks Lodge.
How to Make It

Mix ingredients and chill at least 1 hour.
Ingredients
4 cups chopped peeled tomatoes, fresh or canned
1/2 cup finely chopped canned mild green chiles
1 white onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
