Peanut and Dried Fruit Snack Mix

Perfect for a movie with the kids, this addictive snack mix is made with dried currants, peanuts and cereal. We doubt you'll have any leftovers.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine cereal, currants, and peanuts in a large bowl.

Stir together oil, salt, and cinnamon in a small frying pan. Warm over medium-high heat until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Scrape from pan over cereal and mix to coat.

Make ahead: Store airtight up to 2 days.

 2 tablespoons canola oil
 1/2 teaspoon salt
