Cut linguisa diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Arrange slices in a single layer in a 12- by 17-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 350° regular or 325° convection oven (see notes) until sausages are lightly browned, 20 to 30 minutes; turn slices after about 10 minutes. Drain briefly on paper towels, then transfer to a serving dish. Serve warm.
