Orion’s Paloma Cocktail

The Orion’s Paloma is a house favorite at Spire 73, the bar on the 73rd floor of the InterContinental in L.A. It’s not just the warmth of the tequila and mezcal complemented by the tart dose of two citruses and sweet lychee — this cocktail is also a lovely pink and orange mirroring the sunset.
How to Make It

In a mixing shaker, pour all ingredients and shake.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
1 oz Casamigos Reposado
0.50 oz Del Maguey Mezcal
0.25 oz Soho Lychee Liquor
0.25 oz Aperol
0.25 oz simple syrup
0.50 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz grapefruit juice
