Monet’s Lavender Cocktail

Inspired by a lavender field in bloom, this cocktail is a visual and aromatic delight. Butterfly pea flower gives it a dreamy hue, while clover honey and gin provide a perfect balance of sweetness and botanical notes.

How to Make It

If desired, infuse the gin with butterfly pea flower for a rich purple hue.

Combine the gin, lemon juice, and clover honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds.

Rim a tumbler glass halfway with saffron-crystallized honey.

Place a large ice cube in the glass and strain the cocktail into the glass along the side of the ice cube, not directly over it.

Garnish with two fresh lavender sprigs.

Ingredients

 1 ½ oz Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin (infused with butterfly pea flower, if desired)
 1 oz fresh lemon juice
 1 oz clover honey syrup
 saffron-crystallized honey, for rim (optional)
 2 sprigs fresh lavender, for garnish (optional)
