Mint-Lime Dipping Sauce
How to Make It

In a small bowl, mix lime juice, vinegar, mint, jalapeño chili (to taste), fish sauce, shallot, and garlic. If making up to 1 day ahead, cover and chill.

1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 tablespoon minced garlic
