2 cups full-fat oat milk
1⁄4–1⁄2 tbsp. chai masala, depending on how spicy you like it
½ tbsp coconut sugar or date sugar (optional)
Rose petals for garnish
Bring milk to boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to a simmer, add chai masala, and stir.
Add sweetener to taste and stir.
Pour masala milk into a cup. Garnish with rose petals, if using, and serve immediately.
