In a blender combine mango, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh jalapeño chili, 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala or curry powder, and 2 tablespoons lime juice; whirl until puréed. Add salt to taste. If making sauce up to 1 day ahead, cover and chill.
