Grape, Toasted Almond, and Sweet-Onion Salad

How to Make It

In a bowl, whisk salt, lemon juice, and oil. Toss with remaining ingredients.

Ingredients
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
5 tablespoons roasted almond oil
1 package (12 oz.) salad mix with sturdy greens, especially radicchio
1 sweet onion such as Walla Walla, peeled and cut into half-moons
2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
