1 cup fresh chèvre (goat cheese)
1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
In a food processor, combine chèvre, basil, mayonnaise, cream, and lemon juice; whirl until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
