DIY Caramel Sauce
Making your own caramel sauce is quicker than a trip to the store--and it's easy too.
How to Make It

Cook sugar with butter in a heavy saucepan over high heat, stirring until amber-hued, 2 to 4 minutes. Stir in whipping cream (it'll bubble up). Cook, stirring, until it boils. Keeps 1 month, chilled.
