Champagne Vinaigrette

At Alfred's Steakhouse in San Francisco, this light, bright vinaigrette offers a foil to rich blue cheese dressing on wedge salads. It's a great all-purpose vinaigrette for any delicate greens, or even steamed vegetables.

Put all ingredients in a small jar. Cover and shake well to blend.
