Retro revival

Sunset  – April 10, 2008

Housed in a former 1920s ice and cold storage manufacturing facility in Tucson, Arizona, local architect Rob Paulus transformed the existing building into 51 modern one- and two-story condominium residences.

The adaptive re-use project features preserved architectural elements including 1,240 tons of concrete, 777 tons of exposed brick, and original pumps.
