How to Make a Sun Print

An ode to summer camp days filled with s’mores and hiking, this sun print activity is the perfect kid-friendly outdoor craft. But adults can get in on the fun, too: Frame this piece of work and make art the star in your home decor.
For this project, you’ll need a tray with water, foraged plants, a clear acrylic sheet, and sun print paper. Be ready with foraged plants on hand, and take the project outside so you can flatten the plants on the acrylic sheet without making a mess. Expose the sheet until it turns white (about 1-5 minutes), then return it to a light-safe sleeve before soaking it in water and laying it out to dry.
