Greens Restaurant

The opening of Greens Restaurant in 1979 forever changed the appreciation of vegetarian cooking in America. Known for its distinctive culinary style of celebrating vegetables, Greens produces ever-changing menus that are dedicated to the seasonal harvests of local farmers and its very own farm, Green Gulch. In line with the restaurant’s legacy of female leadership, current Executive Chef Katie Reicher took over the helm in 2020 as the restaurant’s fourth consecutive female executive chef. The beverage program, led by Seth Corr, similarly celebrates growers and farmers with regularly rotating craft cocktails, wine pairings, and a curated spirits list.
