Green Lady Cocktail Room opened in 2023 as both a time machine and a bar, hidden away behind a bamboo entrance in a room in Waikīkī, O’ahu. Inspired by the desire to transport guests to 1930s Singapore, Green Lady Cocktail Room pays homage to the lore of a woman born from Chinese immigrants who managed a bar in Waikīkī at the height of The Prohibition. Located inside the White Sands Hotel—one of the last true walk-up hotels in Waikīkī stemming from the heyday of the bygone era—Green Lady welcomes wanderers looking for off-the-beaten-path experiences, cocktail connoisseurs, and island locals craving an intimate getaway.
