• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing SNTcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com, however all payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits shall be issued for partially used billing periods.
• Sunset reserves the right to issue refunds and/or credits, if any, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Should Sunset issue a refund and/or credit in one instance, it is by no means obligate to issue the same refund and/or credit under similar circumstances in the future.
• Sunset reserves the right to modify the content, the medium (i.e. print vs. digital), and availability of its product at any time.
• Sunset reserves the right to fulfill subscriptions via the release and delivery of fully-digital issues. Stated differently, Sunset may fulfill subscriptions by delivering digital issues in lieu of print issues.
• The number of issues and/or method of delivery in an annual term are subject to change at any time, but the amount of time remaining on your subscription will not be altered.
