3/4 pound sliced smoked salmon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 pound thin-sliced black bread
Arrange smoked salmon on a platter. Mix dill, green onion, lemon juice, and sugar. Spoon over salmon. Serve with sour cream and black bread.
