Created with Dokkaebier’s GL (Galangal & Lime) Witbier, this San Francisco mule is an energizing and earthy approach to a Moscow mule. Launched just a year ago in San Francisco, Dokkaebier reflects the city’s flexible, ever-modernizing environment and devotion to Asian foods. Founder Youngwon Lee chose the name Dokkaebier as a play on what he describes as the “Dokkaebi (도깨비), a fun and happy Korean mythical creature that loves to eat, drink, and play with humans,” and this bright beer cocktail (beertail) will bring you the joy they intended.
