It’ll be love at first bite when you whip up this adorable miniature dutch baby pancake recipe, perfect for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or any special-occasion brunch. While they look totally company-worthy, they’re surprisingly easy to make–and who doesn’t love that? Using one muffin tin, you’ll have a yield of 12.

Start by mixing milk, eggs, and salt in a blender. Add flour to the mixture and blend again. Place salted butter at the bottom of each cup of the muffin tin and melt in the oven. Fill up each cup about 2/3 of the way with the flour mixture and add in two to three raspberries. Bake and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
