Shipwreck Bar and Sushi is the reimagined seaside cocktail destination at Kona Village, a Rosewood Resort. Framed by the sunset on the resort’s beach and nestled by a coconut tree grove, Shipwreck Bar captures the soul of Kona Village with nostalgic, yet reimagined tropical cocktails and its own personal story; once the schooner of the resort’s original owner Johnno Jackson, the bar was lovingly restored to welcome in a new era of hospitality.

Shipwreck Bar showcases a curated selection of tropical cocktails, updated from the original bar’s beloved menu, alongside a menu of Hawaiian inspired sushi rolls and salads. As the sun sets, sip favorites like Conrad’s Mai Tai, named after a beloved bartender from the old village, known for having a peg leg, or enjoy the Blackstrap rum, pineapple, and passionfruit-imbued Mick, the Jungle Bird, another legacy-inspired offering named after Mick Jagger, Conrad’s pet myna bird.
