Shop. Of course the owners toured Japan to learn the ropes. Of course they infuse their menu with California flavors: Meyer
lemon lightens a pork broth, and avocado plays off local sardines in a zippy salad. Reservations? Nope. Give your name and
hit the lounge for a cold beer. Of course it’ll be worth it.
