The hotel has renovated rooms, but why not enjoy the eight splashy surf suites with each decorated by a different designer as part of the hotel’s Surf Project. They’re done up with surf and water themes, and, in some cases, views of the crashing waves from the window. Pop up to the only rooftop lounge for drinks and insanely gorgeous sunsets.
