It’s attached to Harrelson’s weed shop, because of course it is.

Take a Tour of Woody Harrelson, Bill Maher, and John McEnroe’s Ultra-Groovy ‘Conscious Cocktail’ Bar

If a “conscious cocktail bar” attached to a dispensary sounds like a bunch of L.A. woo-woo, that’s because it is. But dang it if the star-studded team behind the cannabis consumption lounge the Woods didn’t do a bang up job. The trio recently opened Holy Water, complete with a moody, window-clad wall right next to their ultra-swank weed shop next door. The space is serving inventive twists on cocktails made with mindfully sourced craft sprits, and it’s quite the show-stopper.

The bar is built to resemble an old apothecary chest, while the back of the bar features elevated curved shelving that celebrates the various organic spirits.

“It was always a dream of mine to have a bar that uses superfoods, botanicals, and the cleanest spirits to make drinking, well, less unhealthy,” Harrelson says. “We offer an alternative way to enjoy craft cocktails that can benefit the mind, body, and soul.”

Both the bar and cannabis lounge are designed by West Hollywood’s Schoos Design, and boast a plethora of textures in the form of lighting baskets, a reclaimed barn-wood bar, and psychedelic curved shelving instead of a classic vertical bar back. Holy Water also includes a private room with ultra-high ceilings, a fireplace, and seating for up to 30 guests.

The handcrafted cocktails are real stunners too, though it’s unclear precisely what makes them “conscious.” The lounge also serves mocktails, wine, and beer. But because California law prohibits the sale and consumption of cannabis on the same site as alcohol, consuming booze at the Woods or cannabis at the bar will not be allowed.
