They were created with just as much love and attention as the big hits, but were overlooked—till now!
It’s that time of year when websites like this one delve deep into Google Analytics in search of trends and traffic hits to crow about. Well, when it comes to our recipes, the top performers were pretty predictable: Classic Roast Turkey. Classic Burgers. Juicy Grilled Chicken Breasts. But you know all that already—you probably even clicked on one of those over the course of the past 12 months.
So instead, we decided to look at the bottom of the charts, to find recipes that were just as great, produced with just as much love and attention by chefs equally talented, but that somehow failed to find an audience. Until, perhaps, now? Please, give these underrated recipes a look—and a taste—and we’re sure they’ll make you happy. And who knows—maybe one will be next year’s Juicy Grilled Chicken Breast, and you can say you made it before it was popular.

We would very happily give—or even more happily receive—a tin of these treats, which are like a warm cup of tea in cookie form. Why no love for jasmine tea shortbread? The only thing we can think of is that there was a glitch in the image (now corrected) that may have hurts its chances with, you know, the algorithms.
