The dog days of summer are still ahead of us, but lately it’s been just warm enough that a no-cook menu sounds great, especially for entertaining.
This week, we present five recipes that you can make without ever having to turn on the stove, from a fig and prosciutto plate to a fantastic main-dish tuna “Niçoise” sandwich to a light and refreshing basil and lemon granita for dessert.
Now, technically, the tuna sandwich does have one cooked ingredient: hard-boiled eggs. You can omit the eggs or, better yet, buy them, pre-cooked, from any supermarket salad bar.
Stay cool, eat well.
