Time is Running Out To Get Sunset’s Wine Club’s First Collection

The wines of the West are an integral part of the lifestyle that the Sunset team celebrates in our pages—and the Sunset Wine Club is the essence of that mission in a glass. 

As a member of the Sunset Wine Club, you’re supporting the winemakers who tend to the land, coax out beauty and satisfaction, and bottle it for others to enjoy. Plus, the wines are hand-selected to pair perfectly with the recipes in the latest issue. In our first collection, you’ll find a Russian River Chardonnay to go with a wood-fired feast from Ojai, a crisp Sauvignon Blanc-Sémillon blend to serve with a crispy pork belly recipe we brought back from Seattle, an Oregon Pinot Noir that fits right into our definition of wellness, and so much more. With every sip you take, you’re helping write the story of the West.

And we want to invite you to take part in that story. Sunset Wine Club will host its first-ever virtual conversation and wine tasting on March 24 exclusively for members. Join by Wednesday, March 9 to be sure to receive our first collection in time to taste along with us—there are limited spots available.

Sunset editor-in-chief Hugh Garvey and Vanessa Conlin, a Master of Wine with our partner and the country’s premier online wine retailer Wine Access, will host the tasting via Zoom. Conlin has spent time at several of Napa’s most prestigious estates and became the 52nd Master of Wine in the United States in February 2020.

Garvey and Conlin will taste through the wines, share the story behind each one, and explain how they pair with the magazine’s delicious recipes.
