Give yourself the ultimate valentine this month: a stronger heart and a longer, healthier life. Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in this country ― for women as well as men. It develops over time, sometimes going undetected for years, and each of us is at some point on its continuum. The good news: Heart disease is largely preventable.
