YAYA at Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection

Last year, Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection introduced its new female-led Mediterranean and Latin American fusion restaurant, YAYA. Inspired by its name, an endearing term for grandmother in both Greek and Spanish, the eatery celebrates the greatest female culinary minds in the region and is helmed by Chef Eliana Godinez and Lead Mixologist Yared Alba. The menu is inspired by Chef Eliana Godinez’s rich understanding of cooking techniques from both Mexico and Italy’s Mediterranean—featuring indulgent, yet nourishing, recipes prepared with local ingredients and paired with a superb and innovative beverage program.
