Thompson Palm Springs

Opened in October 2024, Thompson Palm Springs marks the desert’s most exciting new destination. Situated at the heart of the city’s iconic Palm Canyon Drive, the hotel is the first project between Dallas-based HALL Group and Hyatt and offers 168 bungalow-inspired guestrooms, suites, main stay dining concept Lola Rose Grand Mezze, two bespoke pools, retail space, and more. Further, a HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room & Wine Lounge is located on the ground floor. The hotel is designed by SMS Architecture with interiors from B2 Design Co. and complemented by a custom art collection curated by Virginia Shore of Shore Art Advisory. Debuted in April 2025, Thompson Palm Springs is also home to an exclusive adults-only wing, Upper Stories, with 42 guestrooms including five suites, and the added advantage of a private pool A second restaurant, Bar Issi, from Los Angeles-based Boujis Group, will open on property in spring 2025.
