Located at the original St. Helena property Joe and Alice Heitz purchased in 1961, The Salon at Heitz Cellar offers guests an unforgettable combination of history, luxury, and hospitality nestled in an elegant and refined atmosphere. The space features a grand tasting room, private tasting room, the Quartz Creek garden, veranda, and chef larder designed by renowned architect Peter Fleming. The Lawrence Family and Carlton McCoy seek to honor Heitz’s history while continuing to innovate in the hospitality space. The Timeless Experience includes a tasting of the winery’s iconic single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons from some of Napa Valley’s most premier appellations.
