The Nines Hotel

The Nines rests atop the landmark Meier & Frank Building and is a contemporary homage to the structures storied past both in its striking decor and impeccable service. A Marriott Luxury Collection Hotel, owned by Pebblebrook Hotels and managed by Sage Hospitality Group, the Nines is an important element in the revitalization of downtown Portland, Oregon. Opened in 2008, the Nines sets a new hospitality standard by achieving LEED Silver Certification from the Green Building Council, one of only a handful of hotels in the U.S. to receive this distinction. The hotel has original, commissioned art in every room throughout the hotel. Beyond the atrium lobby lie 331 luxurious guest rooms, including 46 suites and 2 Presidential Suites, 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and two restaurants: Urban Farmer, a farm to table steakhouse, and Departure, offering Pan-Asian cuisine and cocktails with two outdoor decks and sweeping views of Portland.
