The Muse Whiskey & Coffee

The Muse Whiskey & Coffee opened in early 2023 in the historic Weyerhaeuser Building on the Everett Waterfront. By day, it operates as an upscale coffee shop, offering a variety of specialty coffees and teas. In the evening, it transforms into a speakeasy-inspired whiskey bar, featuring a curated selection of craft cocktails and a wide array of whiskeys, including some dating back to pre-prohibition. The curated cocktails, light bites, coffee, and waterfront views are not to be missed. The Weyerhaeuser Office Building, constructed in 1923 and designed by architect Carl F. Gould, showcases local wood varieties such as fir, cedar, and hemlock. It features a two-story, 160-ton vault initially used to store company payroll.
