The Lark
Tucked in Santa Barbara’s vibrant Funk Zone, The Lark takes its name from the iconic overnight Pullman train that ran from 1910 to 1968. Rooted in a commitment to sustainability, the restaurant celebrates the bounty of the Central Coast, showcasing thoughtfully sourced ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, and winemakers.
The space strikes a balance between urban sophistication and laid-back charm, with vintage and repurposed materials that echo the neighborhood’s industrial past.
At the bar, guests are treated to a mix of timeless and inventive craft cocktails. The wine list offers a global journey, spotlighting both classic Old World selections and standout bottles from small, local producers and artisan winemakers. It’s an invitation to explore the world, one glass at a time.
