The Allison Inn & Spa is situated in Oregon wine country, the Willamette Valley. These wineries, mostly family-run, are known for excellent Pinot Noirs and often are reason-enough for travelers to book a flight. The Allison Inn also has an array of experiences to try including the lavish AllisonSpa, known for its “pinotherapy” treatment, a pinot-inspired botanical and biological therapy produced from wine and grape seed extracts from the resort’s vineyard. The resort also features a private art collection of over 500 pieces, representing over 100 Pacific Northwest artists, chosen by the late owner and philanthropist Joan Austin and her family.
