Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Los Angeles

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Los Angeles is a 17-course omakase-inspired speakeasy restaurant serving innovative nigiri at an intimate 10-seat sushi bar. Guests are guided through a seasonally nigiri tasting menu created by Co-Owner & Executive Chef Phillip Frankland Lee. Beverage pairings are curated by Beverage Director and Sake Sommelier Gavin Humes, and feature an extensive selection of sake, Japanese whiskeys, and Japanese interpretations of classic cocktails. Co-Owner & Pastry Chef Margarita Kallas-Lee’s signature Makrut ice cream bonbon featuring white sesame shortbread made with rice flour and coated in Valrhona white chocolate and matcha provides a sweet finish to the omakase experience.
