Soter Vineyards

Soter Vineyards is a biodynamic winery and farm with a fine-dining culinary program and top-tier sparkling and still wines, located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Soter has earned international recognition for their commitment to sustainable, eco-conscious practices, as well as community engagement—they devote over half of their 240-acre, biodynamically-farmed Mineral Springs Ranch (MSR) as ecological conservation area.

MSR supplies Soter’s legendary Provisions Tasting program, where deeply felt wines-of-place are paired with a menu of foraged and locally-sourced seasonal ingredients. The Provisions Tasting is offered Friday-Tuesday with advance appointment at either 11:30 a.m. or 2:30 pm.
