The five-acre hilltop hotel includes a spa, a working vineyard, gardens, and an original 1950s era pool. The property’s pre-existing mid-century architecture was reborn with a modern rustic aesthetic and luxury trimmings. Rooms feature modern amenities like flat panel televisions, leather club chairs, and marble-clad bathrooms with hand-painted tiles and farm sinks. A full-service bar and restaurant—Norman—serves local wines, herb-infused cocktails, and farm-fresh fare.
