Royal Palms Resort and Spa

Celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, Royal Palms Resort and Spa was built out of love as a private wellness retreat for Cunard Steamship executive and financier Delos Cooke and his wife when her health required warmer climates. The home’s architecture was modeled after the couple’s European adventures and since its original completion in 1929, Royal Palms has evolved into one of Arizona’s most sought-after resort experiences. Today, the property is home to 119 luxurious guest rooms, casitas and luxury villas, an award-winning dining experience and spa and other amenities with the original mansion still standing as the resort’s centerpiece.
