A sustainable Pacific Rim-to-table dining experience offering breakfast and dinner, Moana’s menu is influenced by hyperlocal ingredients and is inspired by the ancient trade routes of Polynesia and the traveling seekers who shared the produce of the land and the bounty of the ocean, with unexpected yet approachable dishes that reflect the culinary melting pot that is Hawai’i.

Influences from the Pacific Rim can be seen throughout the menu, from time-honored techniques of The Island of Hawai’i and ingredients sourced from locations as close as the resort’s onsite farm. A special highlight is Moana’s Island Roots experience, an ode to the island’s abundance showcased bi-weekly through a communal meal set under twinkling lights in the property’s Kiawe tree grove.
