Named after nearby springs, the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel offers a warm welcome to visitors. The hotel as it stands today was built in 1936, while retaining a wing of guest rooms originally built in 1911. Its signature feature is the Map Room, which contains a large wooden map of the U.S. constructed of 15 different wood species from nine countries.
