Lionfish, located at the Pendry San Diego Hotel, honors the essence of the city’s lifestyle with modern coastal cuisine that features fresh-catch cooking and seasonal ingredients, all prepared with innovative twists. With both sustainable seafood and prime meats in casual, yet complex offerings by Executive Chef and James Beard Smart Catch leader JoJo Ruiz, the lively, yet elegant environment is not only a culinary destination, but it’s also a home for hand-crafted cocktails, all of which are carefully prepared by high-end mixologists in the restaurant’s rambunctious bar. Lionfish Modern Coastal Cuisine is open from 5 to 9 p.m. on Sunday through Wednesday, from 5 to 10 p.m. on Thursday and from 5 to 11 p.m on Friday and Saturday.
