As the only lodge in the 700,000 acre Kenai Fjords National Park, guests at Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge enjoy exclusive access to some of the most beautiful seacoast wilderness in Alaska. After an epic whale watching and marine wildlife-viewing boat tour to the lodge through craggy coastal islands, travelers can relax in the rustic elegance of the main lodge and enjoy views of Pedersen Glacier before sitting down to a gourmet, made-from-scratch supper. Activities during the day include hiking, canoeing and kayaking to some of our favorite spots, including across Aialik Bay to get up close to sparkling waterfalls dropping hundreds of feet into Abra Cove.
